10 Hectares are intended for the Mâcon-Péronne old vines, raised in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats on fine lees during 1 year.

Crystalline light yellow color with hints of jade.

Superb and powerful nose marked by delicate exotic aromas and summer fruits like peach and very ripe pear, almost candied.

A floral note mixed with crushed almonds rounds this wine.

Serving advice
Perfect companion to foie gras, chicken with cream. To serve between 11 ° and 12 °.

A Domaine that meets international expectations

It is clear that the Domaine du Bicheron is often present on the good tables of France, but also in European countries and the world: Japan, USA, Hong Kong, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark...
